Roadi LLC ("Roadi," "we," "us," "our") provides the Roadi platform and website at go-roadi.com (the "Services").

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about users of our Services. It doesn't apply to third-party websites or services we don't control.
Name, email, password, role (e.g., venue, promoter, talent buyer, booking agent, band manager), organization details, profile photo, bios, preferences.
Show details, contracts, messages, files you upload, team member info you add, calendar entries.

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database/hosting), Lovable (app building/hosting platform).

We use cookies and similar technologies for login/session management, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may not work without essential cookies.
We keep personal information for 1 year by default, or longer if needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements (e.g., certain billing/tax records may be retained up to 7 years). We delete or anonymize data when it's no longer needed.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, backups, monitoring). No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
We operate in the United States and do not intentionally transfer personal data internationally. Some processors may redundantly store or process data in multiple regions; where that occurs, we require contractual safeguards. We do not target the EU/UK.
Access, update, or delete certain profile and account info in-app or by contacting us.
Opt out of non-essential emails via unsubscribe links. Transactional emails (e.g., receipts) may still be sent.

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct personal information, or to limit certain uses. We do not sell personal information and do not process data for targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise rights, email info@go-roadi.com. We'll verify your request as required by law.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided us information, contact info@go-roadi.com so we can delete it.
Roadi includes public or team-visible profiles and directories (e.g., venues, promoters). Information you choose to make public can be viewed, collected, and used by others. Post carefully.
We're not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties whose services you access through Roadi. Review their policies before sharing information.
Roadi does not use personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We currently do not train AI models on customer personal data. If we enable AI features (e.g., drafting, summaries) via third-party processors, they will process only as instructed to provide those features, not to build their own profiles or models from your data.
We may update this Policy. The updated version will include a new Effective date. If changes are material, we'll provide additional notice (e.g., email or in-app).
