Venues are sized by room capacity, from $49 a month for a neighborhood venue up to $699 for arenas and amphitheaters, with custom pricing for multi-venue operations. Independent promoters run $99 to $699 depending on market reach. Annual billing saves about 15 percent, and unlimited shows are included at every tier. Roadi is free during beta: every plan is free while we're in beta, and these prices apply after beta ends.

For ticketing, if your platform has an open API we will integrate with it, and any other box office can be imported from a sales report. Yes. If your ticketing platform has an open API, we will integrate with it and pull sold, capacity, and gross in automatically. If it does not expose an API, you import its sales report and map the columns once, and Roadi reuses that mapping from then on. Either way ticket counts feed your show financials and settlement.
